Refund Policy
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Every item is printed specifically for you, and we do not hold inventory.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we’ll absolutely make it right.
To report an issue, contact us at info@outdoorpridewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- A photo of the item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Size/fit issues (please refer to our Size Guide)
- Color variation (due to screen settings and print methods)
- Buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
- Pre-approved by email via info@outdoorpridewear.com
💸 Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
